"The truth is Jake was Amazing! We are first time home buyers and at every turn Jake went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We were lucky to meet him though a web inquiry, and the first day we saw a few homes with him my wife and I knew he was our guy. We looked at at least 6-10 homes and he never mentioned an exclusivity contract or even a verbal contract to work solely with him. He showed a genuine interest to help us find the right home. Without any commitment from us, he showed up on time (sometimes a couple nights in a row) all over Columbia and listened to what we had to say and what we wanted. It was not until we put in our first offer that he asked us to sign a contract with him and by that time I was more than happy to give him our business. Although we lost out on a few offers, we could not be happier than where we ended up! One month in to our new home we are sublimely happy and could not have come up with a better fit. We put in an offer on a house that was at the max end of our budget and felt disappointment when we did not get it. Jake continued with determination and we kept on looking. Although the house we ultimately ended up buying was $225K less than our pre-approved amount, Jake never tried to force us in another direction. He was not pushy and knew how much we loved what we found. I would recommend Jake to any friend, business acquaintance or anyone interested in purchasing a home. Once we are done with our renovations, I plan on inviting him over for dinner to see what we got done. I cannot say enough about the job he did, and if there is anything we can ever do to help him please let me know."
